Is there no compression adjust on the domain? cause at the moment you have 180mm up front and 178mm on the back.. It's not about bottoming the shocks, just about keeping a good ballance eh..

No offense but the Domains are a good fork and 180mm is more than enough for the uk, going for a 200mm dual crown fork is a good idea for DH but remember if you are going for a DH set-up you will use the extraa 20mm in sag alone. Also it would seem that you've not thought about the rear end, the best performance upgrade would be to replace the rear shock with a 2.75" stroke giving 8" of travel for DH like the BH3's. So with this in mind you could have 8" on both ends set up with 30% sag, nice and slack with a good low BB height!!

These are problems we all face, at the end of the day you are just going to have to make a priority and stick to it. Settling for 888's is a silly move seeing as it will not be hard to find a good set of forks with some more saving effort.

Nice, I love Ludwig black beauties!! I use a Mapex Deep forrest Walnut 13" x 5" snare and the same 8" - 16" tom set up but my kisk is a 22" x 20". I use to use Gibraltar Intruder pedals but switched to the Iron Cobra when I changed kits.. Are the G2's the oil filled heads?

Nice man, I am also a fan of big kits! I was going to get a Starclassic Maple but got a really good offer on my current kit. Have you bust the Iron Cobra's yet? I'm heavy footed and heel up, bust then twice so far...

I used to collect B.C.Rich guitars, I had 3 US handmade's at one point, a Ironbird, Bich, and 7-string warlock. I sold them, kept the Bich as it's a US custom, then my ex-wife smashed it up!! NJ's are great, I had a NJ Necktrhough warlock which was great for the $$$ but the neck was too small I found..

Depends what sound you're going for, I had a couple of strat's in the past, and I found the Jap strat's were better but I found they were too weak sounding through my Mesa Boogie stack I had at the time compared to the LP..

A modification of the "Lawhill" suspension design, supposed to be a awesome suspension platform, Yeti had it on thier DH bikes back in the early 2000's..
